| Hi, I am a quiet and private person who wants to exit the city and live quietly with my two cats in between days at work. Grew up rural and find myself cooped up in a townhouse. I am 29, I have 2 cats, fixed and clean. I will be looking to move before Christmas. I have 2 stable sources of income. I will require a parking spot Private entrance, bathroom, kitchen. Not looking for roommates or housemates. Am okay with coin or off site laundry. Less than 1300 a month. Anywhere 90 Minute drive from Kanata is ideal. Basement is good. Woodstove heat is good. Willing to discuss more, but enough square footage for a bed, a desk, and a litter box is all I need. Will pay first and last and submit to checks and provide references. Thanks. |
