Unfurnished room in a rent-controlled two-bedroom apartment in Chinatown. The room has a large window, space for a double bed and dresser, and there is a den with room for a desk and other furniture. The apartment has laundry, central AC, and a dishwasher, plus all utilities are included in the rent. The unit also has access to a shared backyard. The apartment is right off Somerset and close to lots of great restaurants and small grocery stores. It’s also walkable to downtown, Little Italy and the Glebe and a 10-minute walk to Pimisi Station. No dogs, unfortunately, my cat is scared of them. I’m a 28-year-old woman with a very friendly pet cat named Percy. I work mostly in the office, am friendly, tidy and easy-going.
