| I’m in a bit of pickle right now as I’ve been subletting and just found out yesterday that they’ve not been paying the rent for 9 months and me my partner and 8 year old daughter have been paying our portion each and every month so it’s a scary feeling knowing we may not have anywhere to go soon. My credit is not very good due to some bad choices I’ve made in the past however I do have guaranteed wages which I can send the documents to you so it ensures you rent will be paid on the 1st of every month. Very hard to find a place I can’t fathom the fact I might lose my daughter because of not having a place secured for us. I have no pets. I’m a disable mother of my daughter who is 8 soon to be 9 and my partner is a professional tattoo artist. We’re looking for a 1-2 bedroom for an inclusive price under $2000 a month, Because of our given situation leaving me with no extra money until the first as our current room mate had been stealing a lot of money from us while not even paying the rent.
