| Hi! I'm looking for a respectful and financially stable roommate to share mine and my one other roommate’s living space with in the south end of Barrie, near Mapleview and Yonge. The room is unfurnished and available on June 1st. Rent is $800 a month and includes internet and utilities. I work 10-12 hour shifts and value a calm, clean home. No drama, no heavy partying, and good communication is a must. I am looking for someone who is within their mid 20s-30s who is neat, responsible and chill, with a stable income. No couples, no pets (sorry!) No parking available on premises. If you like bonfires and wish to join me having a bonfire in the backyard with my other roommate you are more than welcome to join!
