| 900 all inclusive First and last month's rent required. Available immediately No parking available. Single occupant only. Hi I'm looking for a roomate for my basement 2 bedroom apartment. Photos are from when it was furnished before last roomate moved out. Living room is almost empty and can be mostly yours. I just need my cat tree out there. It's in a very quiet Hintonburg neighborhood. 3-5 minute walk to Bayview station. Access to the NCC bike paths right at the end of the street. Looking for a female or LGBTQ male. Preferably a quiet individual who doesn't invite guests all the time or hosts parties. ~~Pets~~ Cats: No dominant personalities. (One of my cats is very much the queen bee of the home.) Preferably kittens under 1yo or sweet dispositioned elderly cats as they are much easier to introduce to my cats. Dogs: No large/noisy/high prey drive dogs. Preferably has experience with cats. Caged critters(except snakes and birds) in your room are okay. ~~A little about myself~~ 31yo female. I'm the only other occupant in this apartment. I pretty much never any guests over. I'm mostly gaming or doing creative projects in my free time so I'm usually away in my room. I am scent sensitive and one of my cats has allergies. No perfumes, heavily scented products, etc I have 2 cats. One senior male and one adult female. Both fixed and have experience with dogs. Send me a message on here and tell me a bit about yourself.
