We are two seniors with a bedroom that isn’t being used, it would be great for a working person or full time student. Parking for one vehicle. Cogeco Internet, laundry on site. Room will be furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chair and night table, bar fridge, receiver for Cogeco TV, microwave, induction cooker. Good sized closet. Lockable door.Shared bathrooms (there are 2 bathrooms in the house), back and front yard. No smoking (outside only), no drugs, no overnight guests. Single occupancy only. There are 2 cats in the house, so you need to keep your door closed! Central A/C, forced air heating. Kitchen is shared only during agreed times (I’m in there a lot!). Must be quiet, especially at night, and you need to clean up after yourself. We are home all day, so prefer a tenant who is not. Absolutely no smoking (of anything) indoors.Free use of laundry room First and last months rent please. Available June 1 to Sept 30 or possibly longer. |
