| Hi! We have a nice bedroom available for rent in a 4-bedroom detached house in Bloor-West Village (Runnymede and Annette) starting June 1st, 2025. The bedroom is located on the 3rd floor, roughly 4 feet x 4 feet in size and has a closet, too. Rent will be $862.33 a month + utilities which is roughly $60 a month each (Bell wifi is included). It will be a 12-month lease and then it'll become a month-to-month lease. Documents required for the application will be an application form provided by the landlord and your "Equifax" credit report. If you're interested, please let us know a little bit about yourself when responding and then we can schedule a time for you to come view it! No preferences, all are welcome. We just ask for you to be respectful and responsible for taking care of yourself and the house by contributing to what may be necessary (i.e. house supplies, cleaning if something is dirty etc...) About us: we're quiet and respectful roommates in our late 20s - early 30s, all creatives and working professionals. Myself I'm a musician and handyman, Kay is a painter and bartender, and Kaz is a photographer and chef. And we have a nice little cat! Looking forward to meeting you! |
