Two private rooms with walkin closet and extra storage space outside the room is available for rent from June 15th in a 3-bedroom house. Please note that utilities are not included in the rent; they typically amount to around $60 per person each month. One parking spot is also available. Backyard and balcony is also available for use. The kitchen, washroom, and living area are shared with others. We are looking for organized individuals who can maintain cleanliness in the house. Each person is responsible for cleaning the shared living and dining space, as well as the bathroom, once a month according to the weekly cleaning schedule. Only the kitchen should be cleaned daily after cooking. We have a dishwasher, so you can place your dirty dishes in it; we run it once a day before bedtime.
