| The house is a quiet space in a residential neighbourhood, We value respect, integrity, peace, and quiet. House is divided into three floors: Basement floor has one tenant. Main floor has one tenant. Second floor has one tenant. The second floor is for rent, which has two bedrooms (one occupied), shared kitchen, one large shared bathroom. The second floor is accessed by a private walk up from the main floor. The walk up has space for shoes and jackets. Access is through the front door. Main floor tenant and basement tenant have separate entrance. The current upstairs tenant is female with a small dog. Tenant is ok renting out the second bedroom to 1-2 people. This can include: -One couple ($1500) -Single parent with child ($1500) -One person and pet ($1500) -One person ($1200) One unobstructed parking spot and reasonable utility prices included (based on historical utility trends and future forecasting). $500 deducted from price if you take on my daily domestic labour like dishes, vacuum, cleaning of shared spaces. This is out of respect for your contributions. Otherwise chores are split and prices are as stated. If you are a single parent and I am home, I do not mind supervising your child at no additional charge. We all need a little community. I welcome children with disabilities and will try to accommodate as best I can. I do not mind feeding your cat or taking your dog for a walk if I am home at no additional charge. I have a large unfenced backyard that you can gate or keep your pet leashed. Overnight babysitting of child or pet at average market cost. The bedroom is pictured above but is now empty minus a flat screen tv that you can use. TV can be removed at your request. Bedroom has a window and small closet. You are taking the larger of the two bedrooms. The hallway has my desk and office space set up. There is room for a second desk in the hallway for study or work. I do not mind occasional guests and get togethers. There is a large couch that pulls out and tv in the kitchen. I do not mind reasonable daytime noise but please respect quiet hours from 9pm-9am. As you can see I am open and flexible to a variety of circumstances. Feel free to inquire. Looking to rent for June 1st. |
