Looking for another kind and responsible female roommate. This is not a party place and is definitely not suitable for a couple (guest privileges are very limited). Fully furnished and very suitable for newcomer who doesn't have furniture. No pets or smoking. Respectful and kind person wanted who is willing to clean up after themselves and share the chores. Laundry, fast wifi, and utilities included. I'm often traveling so you will often be sharing the house with just one roomate. The house is a 7 minute walk to the beach and groceries and a 12 minute walk to the VIA Rail station. |
