| Large private bedroom 14 feet by 11 feet. Twin bed with basic furniture provided. Apartment is on the top floor of a house. Private entrance straight to the room. Kitchen den (pic from the couch) & bathroom is shared with one other person. This is an old building, floors are not level, has a Dr. Seues vibes and other issues. I call the apartment the tree house, when hot the kitchen & bathroom windows are removed with no screens so lots of nature like extra wind, some bugs, etc.. The room for rent has its own AC and is included in the rent provided it is not abused. There is no problem coming in and out at all hours, everyone here is very chill. Idea for young professional looking live up life in the neighbourhood. Super awesome if you're new to Toronto, want to learn the city & make friends before moving on at the end of summer. The rent is only $790 per month, June 1st to September 30th, 4 months only and must commit to this term and pay upfront. There is a $500 returnable deposit providing the AC is not abuse. If it's off when not home, then you will be fine The room is basic, ment for someone busy and minimal. The neighbourhood is amazing, just a 3 minute walk to the Emerson street Subway enterence and lots of great entertainment, bars, food, unique stores and much more! Bloordale is on Bloor between Dufferin & Lansdowne If you wish to see the room, please respond briefly about yourself, and that you have no problem living in an older building with tree house vibes. 420 friendly too. |
