The Best Part of Toronto: Yonge & Eglinton was voted as the “#1 neighborhood in Toronto” by Toronto Life magazine. Its popularity is due to its safety, convenience, and proximity to the transit system. Safety: This was a top priority for me when I moved in the condo. Even if you are a woman walking alone late at night, the neighborhood is super safe. The building also has 24-hour security, so you can feel secure at all times. Transportation: Super convenient in this area, with the TTC subway (Eglinton) taking you to Eaton Center in Downtown (Yonge & Dundas) in just 15 minutes! •Newly Build: The apartment is newly built and was available for move-in starting 2023.
