You would be sharing the house with 3 open-minded friendly 20-30 somethings. There is laundry onsite and a backyard with a barbecue, now that spring seems to have arrived. Do you garden? There is space to plant some flowers or herbs, or you can just sit and enjoy the breeze and the quiet. The open kitchen and living room means space for everyone and room to socialize (or not, although you would like these people). Location is great, with shopping and bakeries nearby, one bus to the beach, ravine trails and indoor and outdoor pools nearby. There is a farmers market due to open for the season and the subway or go train gets you downtown quickly. About a 7 minute walk to Woodbine station and you are on your way. Looking for someone open-minded and accepting no matter your nationality or gender expression. You must be clean and tidy and willing to keep common areas clean. Rent is $1000/month plus a share of utilities and wifi. First and last and references required. This room is suitable for one person. |
