Moving back from Ottawa area June 19th looking for a basement studio type rental or even a bachelor/one bedroom unit preferably inclusive. I’m currently on ODSP after breaking my back this year and undergoing a few surgeries my daughter will be attending grade 11 high school.. Non smoker,non drinker,, no pets or vehicles. Respectable quiet tenants who will treat place as r own and always pay rent on time. Looking for a fresh start for the two of us.
