| There is one private room available in a basement apartment in Long Branch, Etobicoke, GTA, with a Double bed and a window. This photo shows a single bed. The double bed has a memory foam mattress, and there are duvets and blankets. We provide bedding for all the beds, and do not allow personal bedding. The room contains a chest of drawers, bookshelf, mirror, and a desk. There is also a closet. We provide dishes, pots and pans and you have your own shelf in the fridge and in the cupboards, and your own drawer in the kitchen. There is a tv in the living room. There are dishes and pots and pans to share. Coin laundry on site. All utilities included. Double occupancy $1000. You will share a 3 bedroom basement apartment with Hindi speaking roommates from India attending Humber. The neighbourhood has everything you need from a No Frills grocery store to a couple of Dollar stores and a Shoppers Drug Mart. Starbucks and Tim Hortons, Roti, Korean, Japanese, falafels and Jamaican are within walking distance. Twenty minute drive to the airport, twelve (12) minute walk to Humber Lakeshore. All utilities are included in the rent. Heat, water, electricity, air conditioning, TV s, and Wi-Fi. Coin laundry on site. There are two parking spots available for $50/month each. Visitor parking $10/day. The application process requires that you deposit first and last month rent which will be refunded if you are not approved. Foreign students, only require proof of student visa, identification and school registration. Non students need job letters, 2 consecutive pay stubs, credit report, identification, guarantor, and everyone provides required references on your application Mandatory one year lease.
