Airbnb set up: *includes towels and bedding so same day move in for a total of $950 monthly ($750 rent) Furnished w laundry, your share of house costs: $200 -internet -utilities -small furnishings-hangers… -bedding/towels -small appliances -kitchen items -bi weekly house cleaner -gardener (not lawn) -snow removal (not house) Space has a TV and private fridge/freezer set up inside. Lower unit was recently remodeled. *Space is shared. *Shared kitchen, living and bathroom areas. Whenever units filled, you will have two roommates. Please no guests as it’s a very quiet space with various work hours. Also very clean, quiet and tidy types welcome, sorry if this is not you, but this is not the best fit. Looking for similar living habits. Location: Kipling/Queensway Close by airport and downtown. Walk across the street to 24hr gym, grocery, etc and close by buses/subway. *Standard application and leasing requirements. *Roommate agreement will require a two month notice given by either party. Move in costs: First month and lasts along with key deposit and cleaner fee will be a total of $2400. Tandem parking is $100 or plenty of free street parking.
