| ( I had an older lady who was supposed to move in this Saturday April 26 but backed off due to sudden serious illness and hospitalization. Hence my ad being back on again) One bedroom available for rent in a farmhouse in Fenelon Falls. The bedroom has 2 windows with view to the largely treed backyard, a double closet, built in shelving and its own adjacent private full bathroom. I can furnish the bedroom if needed. Let me know right away. ***The bedroom picture is my bedroom, the one available is the same, but at the opposite and empty*** I have 2 small dogs, one is a bit yappy but I'm only fostering so will be gone eventually. The other, mine, is very quiet and shy. I own 5 miniature horses, they're living right behind the house. The room is $1000/month plus half the propane in the winter ( depending on the propane cost, it can range from $400 to $500 every fill. It last more than a month). So basically 6 months are more expensive and 6 months are cheaper. It may seem a bit much but my rent is quite high ( $2750/month plus utilities, plus propane in the winter, plus home insurance, plus $120 every time my guy comes to plow my nearly one kilometer long driveway, add my personal expenses, it's a lot). Living in paradise is EXPENSIVE. The house is quite roomy and cozy, surrounded by tall trees. The farm is secluded and resides on about 400 acres. There are a variety of wild animals roaming around the property. Every person/friend who visited absolute love this place, especially during the warmer seasons. The driveway is almost one kilometer long and goes right through the property all the way to the $million dollars cottage properties. It's quite pretty and makes for a nice walk. I will set up a few seating areas outside for chilling this Summer you'll have access to. The town is only a 12 minutes drive ( Sobeys, Tim Hortons, Post Office, Banks and various shops and restaurants). Lindsay is 30 minutes away. This offer is for ONE person only, not a couple. You'll have access to the laundry room, the wifi is included. The kitchen is shared, the livingroom can be shared at certain times when not in use. I'm looking for a SINGLE very quiet person. I am middle age and would prefer someone who's older or if you're younger, the quiet geek type. Students may apply. I work from home, hence the need for quiet during the day. The house is non-smoking. This is a serene quiet residence, this is no party house, your personality must fit and align with this. I'm looking for someone who's basically like me: intelligent, very honest, trustworthy, mentally stable and not the party type. I don't do any drugs, I don't smoke and I do not drink. I'm actually very open minded and funny, but I like my house to be safe and quiet. I request: -proof of employment (full-time or part-time) or with revenue coming that is enough to pay your rent. -no drug addicts, no alcoholics -must be emotionally stable and sane ( I've had some seriously mentally deranged emotionally unstable people applying. I wish I was kidding) -no criminal record -very trustworthy and honest -Must have a vehicle. -Rent must be paid on the first of every months. -First and last month before moving in.
