The kitchen is the only thing that’s shared with her but each have their own pantry. The large private suite with ensuite washroom w/ shower, is furnished with everything in the pictures, including the daybed that slides open to king size and smart tv. It Includes, hydro, central heat and central air conditioning, water, wifi, one parking space, furnished outdoor balcony, and coin laundry on site. $1175.00 per month, 4 months minimum and month to month afterwards.
