| I have a room for rent in my cute and stylish 2-bedroom apartment located between campus and Guelph's downtown core. I'm a 32 year old working professional and I am seeking a mature or grad student to share the space. My preference is for females only, and no couples please – it's a single occupancy bedroom! The apartment is already furnished except for the bedroom, and there are 2 cats (so no additional pets, please). I'm quiet and clean, enjoy working on art in my downtime and I am hoping to find someone with a similar attitude. I'm hoping to have the room filled by July 1st.
