| A single room to rent for $850 with utilities and wifi all inclusive. The house is located in the south end of Guelph. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment are a 10 minute walk from the house. 1 bathroom on the top floor and 1 powder room on the main floor. Washer and dryer included. Full kitchen amenities. Myself and 2 other tenants are currently living here. We are friendly and like to keep the house clean. There is no available parking. Must be okay with being around 2 cats. No more pets allowed.
