| One of my lovely and bright bedrooms has become available for a female student who is serious about their studies, beginning Sept 1. International students or those on internships can apply. Included in the $700.00 rent is privileged use of the kitchen and dishes/pots, etc. and laundry, unlimited internet, there is a full shared bathroom as well as one shared powder room. There is NO parking but the bus stop is a 3 min walk away and a direct 20 min bus ride to the university and walking distance to Conestoga College in Guelph.
