| Cozy furnished 1 bedroom with patio in Hamilton on the edge of Durand neighbourhood. Looking for a trustworthy and respectful summer renter for 4 months (May-August, inclusive). This is a NON-SMOKING unit. A dog does live here currently. Rent is $1750/month and includes hydro, internet, 1 underground parking space and furnishings. Furnishings include: queen-size bed, air conditioner unit, nightstand, desk, couch, living room rolling shelf, laundry drying rack, kitchen linens and cooking implements, microwave, kettle, wash cloths, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, cleaning products, small patio table and 2 patio chairs, 2 indoor folding chairs. Renter must bring own dishes, silverware, bedsheets, and bath linens. Dog kennel and all dog items will be removed. Short trip to McMaster University by bus (4 blocks walk then 10 minute bus ride) or car. Laundry is in the building on the top floor. First two months' rent due upfront before move-in.
