| Hi there! My partner and I are looking for a clean, safe, and pet-friendly place to call home in Hamilton. Ideally, we’d love an apartment or basement unit, but we’re open to a private room with shared accommodations if the space and situation are right. A little about us: • I’m 17, turning 18 in a few months, and understand that might raise questions—but I’m happy to provide a co-signer and references • My partner would not be on the lease but lives with me full-time • We are quiet, respectful, and keep to ourselves – not party people, very anti-social in the best way! • We’re non-smokers indoors – smoking is always done outside only • We have two sweet, quiet cats (both spayed/neutered, fully litter-trained, and not destructive) • We’re both tidy and reliable and treat any home with care and respect • We are ready and able to pay first and last month’s rent upfront What we’re looking for: • Budget: $1350/month • Pet-friendly is essential • Laundry and utilities included are a big bonus but not a must • Parking is not required • A private apartment is ideal, but a large bedroom or basement setup could also work if it’s a good fit • Looking to move within the next couple of months, my current lease expires the end of June We’re hoping to find a landlord who values good tenants over age, and we’re happy to chat, answer questions, and provide any info you need.
