| Loft space available Aug 15th students and working professionals only. The house ( common areas will be shared with the owners of the home.) To yourself you have a loft space that is divided into a living space and a bedroom. We are 2 working professionals who keep to ourselves. We have 2 elderly dog who keep to themselves and are friendly, but do not get along with other animals. So this unit is not pet friendly. - Scheduled shared use of the laundry. - 2 shared bathrooms throughout the house. - A kitchen that is shared - Fully furnished unit that includes internet and cable. - parking for 1 vehicle is available. - We ask for assistance cleaning the bathrooms as well. 825.00 all inclusive (first last required plus 200 dollar cleaning deposit). Disclaimer: This unit is not protected under the landlord tenant act due to the fact that it is a shared property with the owners.
