| Not your average room rental. Naturally bright well maintained home with lots of extra living space and surrounded by green fields and woods. Within walking distance to town, shopping, trails, parks and lakes. Heat, hydro, water included. Internet use to be negotiated. Only one other occupant besides owner. 3 baths with designated bathrooms to be shared on occasion with homeowner and visiting family members, 3 or 4 times a year on average. 2nd kitchen for tenants and guests rarely used by homeowner. Patio with outdoor furniture, bbq, firepit and other amenities. There is a unit separate from the house which could potentially be used year round.
