| I am renting my spare room. It is average size and includes a large closet. The house is modern. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washer/dryer, large living room, and oversized backyard. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, I currently have one of the spots. What’s included: - use of all shared spaces - 1 parking spot - all utilities - internet/cable - furniture for common spaces - all kitchen cookware/dishes/utensils (feel free to bring your own) Not included: - any furniture you require for your room (bed etc) Things to note: - I have a large breed dog, and it will be written into the sublease there can be no additional pets. - smoking/vaping is cool just outdoors only - the sublease will be month-month, not a 1 year commitment - this ad is for 1 person only, can’t accommodate double occupancy for the one room - my rent is due on the 1st of every month…therefore your rent ($1100) is due on or before that date each month - tentative move in date as early as June 1st Next steps: - please reach out if you would like to arrange a time to come by and view the house/room - I will need 24hours notice as there is some one currently occupying it. - viewings can be evenings and weekends - if you’re chosen as the subtenant, I will require proof of income, employer and character references - I will require 1st and Last months rent prior to moving in |
