High ceilings with west facing window. Much less than a 5 minute walk to local grocery stores, markets, bars, restaurants, and ttc connections via Bathurst college and Dundas. Looking for clean and respectful tenants. You will be living with three other tenants that are artists and local graduates working in the retail/hospitality and education industries, one couple (male & female), a single male, and one cat that stays in the couples room and doesn’t go out into common spaces. Landlord is pretty fast to respond to major issues in the building when they pop up, one of the tenants is able to fix basic issues in a timely manner and maintains common space conditions.
