| I’m subletting my studio unit from June 2025 until January 2026. It’s a 2-minute walk to a bus stop and a 5-minute walk to a subway station. The University of Toronto is just 15 minutes walk away. Closest intersection is Bloor and Bathurst. The space is suitable for one person only and includes its own kitchen and bathroom, as well as two big windows. Furnished. Internet, heating and utilities are included in the rent. It’s located in a low-rise building. Laundry machines are available-shared in the building. I’m seeking a subtenant (preferably female identifying) who is a non-smoker and does not have pets (per landlord rules). I’ll require proof of income, ID, and recommendation letter(s) from previous landlords. If we agree to move forward, I’ll ask for the first and last month’s rent, plus one month’s rent as a furniture deposit (to be returned after January).
