| I have 1 unfurnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom historical apartment in Uptown Waterloo, available June 1st. We are on the top floor, corner unit in an older building with lots of character - high ceilings, hardwood floors, private patio, and massive windows with tons of sunlight. There are lots of little unique perks to being here that you will not find anywhere else. There is laundry in the apartment, lots of storage space, fully furnished, audio system, shared workspace in the living room, and an HD projector with a 15-foot-wide screen! We have a huge private roof-top patio as large as the apartment, with outdoor seating, umbrella, lighting, garden, tabletop, and bbq – a great spot for relaxing/get-togethers/parties during the summer. The room has a large closet and a skylight. Room can also be rented partly furnished if needed. The building is at King/Erb in the Heart of Uptown Waterloo. Bars/restaurants/groceries are all steps away. The room is for one person only, no couples. It's a great space for graduate students, young professionals, etc.. all are welcome. I'm a male who works in design/tech/art industry. Rent is $1100/mo all inclusive. All other utilities included (heat, internet, hydro). There is no parking on site, but you can find parking to rent nearby for approx. $60/mo. Open to a 1 year, 8 month, or 4 month term lease, starting June 1st.
