FURNISHED ACCOMODATION FOR: "International" Female Grads/Ph-D/Smith College Available Sept 1/25 or possibly sooner--I am a retired teacher who rents 2 room(s) in my enchanting English-Cottage style home nestled in a safe, quiet, convenient, residential neighbourhood. I have travelled extensively throughout Europe and very much enjoy sharing my memories and space with European guests. Easy walk to the waterfront for a swim, downtown, grocery stores, and the student hub. Only .92 km (12 minute walk) from the centre of Queen's. ALL INCLUSIVE: heat, hydro, water, unlimited hs-internet. This is a lower level room ( 11' X 20'), nicely furnished with a very comfortable single bed, desk, side tables, lamps, dresser, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes. I also provide sheets and towels. I provide quality accommodation in a quiet environment that is perfect for a studious female graduate looking for a peaceful, clean home away from home. The only items you need to bring are your personal items, everything is provided for you and in good condition. For everyone’s comfort I offer a completely smoke and fragrance-free environment. Walking distances are: 12 min. main campus, 20 min. West Campus, 15 min Hotel Dieu Hospital and 20 KGH. I am a block away from the East/West bus route. I offer a peaceful back porch and garden where in summer you can enjoy a beautiful space to meditate, read or study. Two small, adorable, low-allergy, very well-behaved terriers are in residence and just waiting to love you up. Available 8-12 months (995/month). Short-term may be possible ($1250/month).
