Regular price $850/month, we will sublet for $750/month. Single room in 3 bed apartment. Shared bath with only 1 other. Shared kitchen and living room, both great size. Shared internet in suite with 2 other male roommates for $20/month. They are both quiet, super clean and very organized. Rental insurance is also $20/month. Legal sublet with Collegeview, all paperwork is done through them. Really great building, safe, well run, friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom has single bed, dresser, desk and a chair. |
