All house is fully furnished, rooms with double beds. You bring your mattress protectors and all bedding. If needed, the extra fee for bedding. Kitchen has cookware, dinnerware. Annual, summer 4 or 3 months rent from May1 st to August 31st , School period September 1st to August 31st following year. Utilities and Internet are paid in addition to the monthly rent, shared per number of people in the house. 1 main bedroom with private washroom, $900. Laundry on the main floor. Large kitchen with two fridges. Large living room with the couches, dining table. Parking possible for 1 car only, fee $50 monthly. Different gender can apply to rent. Walking distance to UWO. Easy bus route to UWO, Fanshawe College, across the city. We have more bedrooms available, to whare 2 full washroom. If you have a friend or a group up to 4 people, you can join two other tenants in the house. Prices are in my another add. First and last month, rental agreement, proof of study, previous rental proof of good standing, proof of identity, references, contact of previous landlord, proof of income or cosigner agreement with all proof of income, identity, credit check and more, visa, student visa, study permit, student number. All documents to choose from the requested list to provide accordingly to your situation. Non smoking. No drugs of any kind. Quiet, organized, study-oriented students and working postgraduate, teaching staff.
