| We have three Private rooms for rent located at: 595 Highbury Ave N, London, ON N5W 4K6, Canada It's a shared house, you have the opportunity to rent out the entire upper floor of the house, or one of the three rooms that are available. Once one of the rooms become rented, then we will just be looking for others to rent the other rooms oit. So if you want the whole upper floor, let us know so we don't rent out the rooms individually! For the entire upper half of the house including the three bedrooms, the rent will be a total of $2400/ ALL INCLUSIVE . If you are just looking for one room to rent, I'd recommend chatting with the landlord about the cost of just one room with the willingness to share the upper half with a new tenant to move into one of the other rooms available. If you and a second or a third or more person(s) are looking to move in and rent the rooms privately, then all of you would be paying either $1200 or the equivalent to equal the amount of the total cost of the upper floor. (Example: when it was just me and another tenant sharing the upper floor, we paid $1200 each. We are moving out now however) You'd be living month to month, so no need for long lease commitments. No need to pay first and last month's rent either! Just need a proof of income. The upper floor is private for you, unless we've rented one of the rooms out. Then just the room your live in will be private for you. So it's important for us to know if you want the whole upper floor or not before we move on to renting the rooms out. Regardless, the bottom portion of the house and outside of the house is shared with the tenants who keep to themselves downstairs. There's parking and laundry included, you have a gigantic backyard with a fire pit and chairs, and you're super close to everything! There's a fire place in the living room. You have a small deck with a bench to sit on out front. We are looking for someone to move in As Soon As Possible! It is also pet friendly, as long as your pets are respectful.
