| I am 70 years old and I am looking for 5 individuals who do not want to go to a retirement home to co-own a 6 bedroom 3 bath bungalow that has minimum stairs. An investor friend has a house that wants to help us own the home using this co-ownership model and we have a lawyer who will create the legal agreements. We will basically be paying rent and end of month, we do the math and we pay the investor and ourselves with the cash flow depending on how much deposit we put down (get paid to rent).
