You will have access to the shared Kitchen, , shared small backyard, shared living room, shared dining room, shared laundry area, shared fridge , freezer, stove. Utilities included ( electricity, water, gas,heating, internet, ac) . We are looking for a Responsible person, someone who pays on time, honest, quiet, someone who cleans after himself in the shared spaces, a person who is kind to small dogs. We will welcome you as a part and of our Home, not as an outsider. I do the general cleaning of the shared areas . The house is located 10 minutes walk from Longos, 10 minutes walk from lcbo, 10 minutes walk from the gym, one minute walk from the bus stop. If you smoke please do so strictly OUTSIDE the house .
