( I myself clean the shared areas of the house, except rooms ,) We are looking for a quiet and kind , HONEST person, someone who pays on time and can be friendly with small dogs, we treat our tenants as a part of a home , not like outsiders, if you need to smoke please do so outside the house , we look for a person who cleans after themselves and is orderly. we will need work references and credit score, first and last month payment. ( 1 minute walk to bus stops, 10 minutes walk to Longos and lcbo, 10 minutes walk to the gym , ) ( I will be updating the photos soon adding the room ) |
