You'll have 2 rooms that are connected by a closet wall, both are bright, good sized spaces (8.5 x 11 and 10.5 x 11) unfurnished and your own full private bathroom. We share a kitchen (laundry, parking, huge backyard, in-ground swimming pool are available). I have a small hypo allergenic dog. I would happily consider another small dog on a case-by-case basis. No cats. Credit check, employment references, and landlord references. Utilities and expenses to be shared 50/50. Single occupancy, unless otherwise negotiated |
