Hello! Looking for a short term roomate until July (could stay longer depending on the sale of the home). Plus 35% utilities I am an esthetician who works from home, I have 2 very friendly cats, and I stay in the bedroom upstairs and use the other room for my work. Full bath on top level, powder room on main level. Room available, queen bed and dresser can be provided. Basement is now another livable space /living room. Living room, kitchen, bathroom is all shared with myself. Large fenced backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Start date is flexible. Please tell me a bit about yourself and any other questions!
