| Hello! We are a couple seeking to rent out the upper unit of our house. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living/dining room, and large kitchen with an island. Please note the unit will come UNFURNISHED. Some of the photos show furniture but that belongs to our previous tenants who will be taking it all with them when they vacate. The unit comes with fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, and a new top of the line LG all in one washer/dryer combo (so you don't have to worry about forgetting to move your clothes to the dryer anymore!!) We, the homeowners live in the basement unit. The basement is a fully legal/licensed 2nd unit and is registered with the city (AKA "legal basement"). Utilities will be shared at a rate of 70% for the upper unit. The house is in a quiet family friendly subdivision that is minutes walk to Clarkson highschool, and just a few minutes drive/bus to Clarkson GO station for easy access to Toronto for commuters. Also just minutes to the QEW. The house has a security camera system installed and separate doorbells for the upper and lower units. The backyard is a shared space between us both.
