Close to South Common Mall, Clarkson GO Station, Square One and UTM - 30 minutes drive to downtown Toronto, 20 minutes to Pearson International Airport and 5 minutes to all major Highways. - Very safe and friendly neighbourhood and we love keeping it that way. We are a non-intrusive family of 3, who live in this townhome for the past 20 years and welcome an individual to share in our family environment. So if you appreciate a peaceful and quiet place to call home, this place is ideally located and perfectly suited to you. Some house rules: - NO guests permitted in the home - NO alcohol and NO smoking of any substance within the home - No car parking - Although it is a walkout basement, due to locking limitations ONLY main door electronic entry and exit is possible - 2 references needed RENT: $1200 PER MONTH (first month + last month required).
