One driveway parking spot available. Easy access to public transportation. Close to UTM. Move-in Date: June 1. Kitchen use needs to be coordinated with other roommates for everyone's comfort. Overall, this is a great place for someone who is looking for a quiet, safe home. - 100% private room . Extremely quiet area. Close to shopping, groceries, Walmart, Tim’s, walking & bike paths. - Very large room. Approx. 300 square feet 3 square meters - Massive 2 door sliding closet - Large 6 foot/ 2 meter window facing south that opens and closes freely. - Limited use of main floor kitchen that has been recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, glass cook top, granite counter top and hard wood floors. - 2Nd floor bathroom is shared with only one other person. - Wi-Fi and all utilities included. - Laundry is offered on a charge per use basis with limitations on access. - $900/month PS The landlord cleared a shelf for me in the garage.
