| Summer Rental Deal Looking for a roommate (student or working professional) to share a 3-bedroom townhouse in the Downsview Park neighbourhood, from June 1st-Aug. 31st. $900/month all-inclusive for one room. Utilities & internet included. No parking, must purchase street permit parking yourself if you have a car. Nearby: Yorkdale Mall, York University, Downsview Station (25 minute subway ride to downtown Toronto), Hospital, Grocery Stores, and an abundance of activities/facilities available at Downsview Park. You will have either bedroom 2 or 3 on the 2nd floor in the floorplan pictured and share the common spaces of the house: living room, kitchen, washroom on second floor (washroom will be shared with just one other person), and terrace on the ground floor. Interested tenants will be required to complete a rental application form, provide a full credit report, employment letter and Notice of Assessment. First and last month rent will be required as deposit upon completion of rental application form. I am currently interviewing interested tenants for a June 1st occupancy date.
