| This is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You can use the bathroom in the hallway and the washroom on the first floor. There is no parking lot. We are looking for someone who will live like a family. The room is locked, so you will be given the front door key and the room key when you move in. The rent is $800, and this cost includes the house rent + utilities (electricity, heat, water) + high-speed internet (unlimited). You only need to bring your personal belongings. You can use the drinking water purifier for free. All the dishes in the kitchen will be shared, so please wash them clean after use. You will use the personal refrigerator in the room. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement, so you can use them. House location: The bus stop on Woodroffe Road (the stop in front of Woodroffe & Medhurst Esso Station) is close, so it is convenient to use public transportation. Algonquin College is the 3rd bus stop away and can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot at a leisurely pace. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf, chest of drawers, bookcase, refrigerator, etc., so you only need to bring your personal items and move in. When signing the contract, there will be a first rent fee & last month deposit, and the minimum contract period is 6 months.
