| Room for rent in shared four-bedroom, three bathroom townhouse located between Woodroffe and Merivale, north of Nepean Sportsplex and south of Algonquin College. Townhouse is currently shared by two rainbow-friendly 30+females and one cat. You would have your own private upstairs room with a view of the lovely garden, quiet fenced yard, green space and park beyond. Bus service just steps away from your door. Household is very quiet, clean and calm. Your two roommates are COVID cautious due to medical conditions and would want you to be cautious as well. Currently the room is unfurnished but it could be rented furnish if needed (provided the tenant is a good fit for the household). The new tenant must be financially stable, have references, good credit rating and be very clean, tidy, quiet and considerate of others. The other two tenants would prefer a rainbow-friendly female tenant but they would also be okay with a gay or trans male. The current rent of $1100/month includes all utilities and extras (e.g.; heat, electricity, central AC, strong internet, cable TV and many streaming services) but the new tenant would be expected to contribute a portion of the cost for the cleaning service which periodically cleans the shared areas of the townhouse (i.e.; entryway, kitchen, dining room, living room, library, laundry room and bathrooms).
