The Terrance is located on several bus lines along Lundy’s Lane, providing easy access to public transit. The University of Niagara Falls campus is approximately 30 minutes away by bus, making this an excellent option for students. To qualify, applicants will need to pass a credit and background check, and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. Residents are responsible for their own water usage. Hydro and complimentary Wi-Fi are included.
