| I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible person to share my furnished 2-bedroom townhouse located on Preakness Ave in Niagara Falls. I’m 48 years old woman and on ODSP, and the unit is managed by Niagara Regional Housing. Because of this, you’ll need to qualify through both Niagara Regional Housing and the property management company. You must have some form of income to be eligible. Rent is geared to income and will depend on your financial situation. If you're not currently working or receiving assistance, you must be willing to apply for it. Acceptable sources of income include: Full or Part-time employment Old Age Security (OAS) Widow’s Pension Employment Insurance (EI) CPP Pension Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Ontario Works (OW) Worker’s Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) About the space: You’ll have your own private bedroom (*need a bed) The bathroom is shared, and both the bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor (you must be okay with stairs) I have a friendly dog, so you must be comfortable with pets (sorry, no additional pets allowed) I live a quiet lifestyle—no drinking, no partying—so I’m looking for someone similar.
