| Lily (the cute puppy in the photo) is looking for a respectful and easygoing roommate to move into a private bedroom in our shared home. The room is bright and spacious, on the main floor, and available starting June 1st. **About the house:** - 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home - Fully furnished common areas (2 living rooms, kitchen) - Full laundry room - Backyard + patio - Driveway parking available **About us:** Aside from Lily, you’ll be sharing the space with 2 other human nerds in our 20s/30s. We like to be social, we often have guests and are comfortable with you doing this as long as you clean up after your friends. There is another rental unit downstairs, so i suppose that is a third person, although their unit is self contained and does not share space with us. **What we’re looking for:** - Someone clean, reliable, and considerate - No smoking indoors - Ideally someone who’s looking to stay at least 6 months - Someone who is good with dogs - Again, please know how to help clean **Rent & Details:** - Rent: $1,250/month.
