| Room in condo, available for a tidy, respectful and clean female. Condo is shared between 3 women including the owner and her daughter. Utilities included, kitchen and main bathroom are shared. Some restrictions on frequency of kitchen use.You have access to condo pool, sauna and fitness room. Close to TTC, grocery store, science centre, library, Shoppers drug mart and parks. First and last month (deposit) rent required, photo ID and 2 non family references. Must comply with all house rules (these include cleaning common areas on the days that it is your turn, no smoking of any kind, no drinking etc.) If you do not intend to follow house rules please do not apply.
