| Please introduce yourself within the context of the following when responding: The unit is meant for single occupancy (on account of insurance and its size) It is pet- and smoke-free. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The tenant should be responsible both in terms of paying the rent on time and taking good care of the place. Credit, employment, and landlord references will be checked. First and last will be required. There is street parking. The unit is ravine-facing, has a separate entrance, is TTC-accessible within a short walking distance to a bus that goes straight to Pearson, another that goes straight to Lawrence West subway station and another that goes to Jane Subway Station. Though Downtown is approximately 50 minutes away on the TTC, it is quite accessible as all you have to do is hop on a bus and then on a train. I go DT regularly and take a book with me to enjoy the ride. It is also 16 minutes (walking distance) away from UP Express which takes you to Pearson and Union Station. A No Frills and a Coin Laundry are approximately 500 meters away as is Pizza Hut. It is also very close to Bernard de Clairvaux Church and the Sufi House. It is to be noted that my previous tenant had got herself a portable laundry; however, as noted a Coin Laundry is around 500 metres away. Utilities are included if you should use them reasonably. A tall tenant need not worry as the ceiling is quite high. The unit has the best unlimited internet as well. The price in view of the independence, peace and quiet it offers, and the utilities and internet is quite reasonable as I am looking for someone quiet, respectful, and responsible. Again, please note that this is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY :-). The backyard can be used for personal relaxation. The inside space of the unit is totally yours and not to be shared. There is a sofa bed, a desk, a coffee table, a chair and a microwave inside the unit. Also, I love cats and dogs but not inside the unit. |
