Please do not ask me if the unit is available when responding, instead, kindly address the following points: The unit is meant for single occupancy (on account of insurance and its size) It is pet- and smoke-free. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The tenant pays rent on time and takes good care of the unit. Credit, employment, and landlord references will be checked. First and last will be required. There is street parking. The closest intersection is Jane and Lawrence West. It has great TTC access with a bus going straight to Pearson; another one going straight to York University. Also, there are buses going to Jane and Lawrence West Subway Stations. It is within walking distance to Bernard de Clairvaux Church and the Sufi House on Lawrence W. A coin laundry and a No Frills are around 500 meters away. Also, Pizza Hut and Little Caesars are within walking distance. It is ravine facing and in a quiet neighbourhood and in a building that is only three years old. The backyard can be used for personal relaxation. There is a sofa bed, a coffee table, a fridge, a stove (and oven), a desk and chair and microwave inside the unit. Also, the unit has plenty of drawers for storage as well as a closet. Unlimited Bell Internet is included. Utilities are also included as long as the tenant uses them reasonably. Although I love cats and dogs and somewhat birds, I would rather not have them in the unit (no pets). Please note that no smoking is permitted. Also, no strong smelling cooking as the smell wafts through the whole building and on allergies account. The space is private and there is no sharing of the kitchen nor of the bathroom. Although the unit does not have laundry, my previous tenant had solved the problem by purchasing a portable laundry. There are a couple of coin laundries in the neighborhood as well. |
